The School Based Sign Language Interpreter provides qualified interpretation services in a school setting, ensuring compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards. This role supports students, educators, and staff in communicating effectively, enhancing learning and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards
• Interpret sign language during classroom instruction and school activities
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and support staff
• Assist in developing and implementing accommodations for students with hearing loss
• Maintain accurate records of interpretation sessions and student progress
