Overview Bank Platform Transformation – Core Banking Modernization – Senior Manager. The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency for clients in Banking and Capital Markets by analyzing, implementing, training, and supporting business applications. As part of the Business Application Consulting practice, you will provide consulting services to enhance core banking technology, leading large projects, innovating processes, and guiding clients toward strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead core banking modernization projects to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Analyze client needs and implement tailored software solutions to optimize business processes. Provide strategic guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Coach and mentor teams to solve complex problems and drive project success. Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations. Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables. Direct teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure and clarity. Develop and sustain diverse and inclusive high‑performing teams. Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders. Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to foster team growth and development. Make informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness and project progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. At least 6 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master’s or MBA degree. Strategic planning and business transformation skills. Advanced analytical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities. Business data analytics expertise for core banking modernization. Experience implementing technology solutions in financial services. Excellent project management and resource allocation skills. Leadership through complex banking technology transformations. Travel Requirements Up to 40% travel. Compensation Salary range: $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
