As a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Sr Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the Banking and Capital Markets sector, specifically within Core Banking Technology. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Responsibilities Analyzing client needs to implement and support business application solutions Leveraging a broad understanding of software solutions to optimize operational efficiency Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications Utilizing analytical reasoning to inform insights and recommendations Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client solutions Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and technical skills Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver strategic objectives Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and its changes Using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems Qualifications What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Strategic Planning Utilizing Business Management and Transformation skills in banking projects Implementing Technology Integration and Innovation in financial services Excelling in Project Management and Resource Management for client support Navigating complex banking environments with Analytical Reasoning Building meaningful client connections through Active Listening and Communication Travel Requirements Up to 40% Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
