Busy Law Firm in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn seeks an Immigration Attorney!
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration matters and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
- Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other submissions.
- Prepare clients for interviews and hearings.
- Manage case deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of immigration law experience required.
- Experience with affirmative and defensive asylum cases a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Available to work fully in office in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
