The Occupational Therapist will:Assess the patient's functional ability.Provide direct treatments.Select therapeutic modalities.Communicate with all members of the health care team.Document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives.Teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold an unencumbered compact license.BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification program.Must have passed National Registration Exam.Experience in home health setting preferred.
