Learning and Development Lead

Leading the implementation of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies, the remote Learning and Development Lead will manage methodology enablement for the Revenue organization, ensuring effective adoption, reinforcement, and continuous improvement in a complex B2B environment. Key responsibilities Lead the rollout and adoption of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies, ensuring alignment with Shopify's workflows and culture Own the methodology enablement roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally to align enablement with business priorities and pipeline quality Design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences, creating practical enablement assets that integrate methodology into daily sales practices Required qualifications Proven experience rolling out sales methodologies in a B2B sales organization, including ongoing optimization Strong program management experience leading complex, cross-functional enablement programs without relying on direct authority Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear recommendations and stakeholder management Deep understanding of GTM strategies, including sales process, pipeline mechanics, and CRM adoption Experience using AI in enablement workflows to enhance program quality and efficiency
