Resource Requirements Mandatory Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure (server, storage, networking).
• 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Formal education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field can substitute for 1 year of experience (e.g., a Master's degree substitutes for 1 year).
• Demonstrate experience in:
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts and services, including: Firewalls, load balancers, routing, DNS, DHCP, Security, and VPNs.
• Advanced understanding of connectivity troubleshooting, including: Latency, IP addresses, ping, and trace routes.
• Desired:
• Azure Red Hat OpenShift or other containerization platforms.
• Cloudflare or similar Content Distribution Network (CDN).
• Nutanix virtualization platform.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure As Code, DevSecOps concepts, and GitHub or similar versioning systems.
• Agile processes.
• Administering Red Hat Linux and Microsoft server environments.
• Object-oriented coding (e.g., Java, Python,.Net) or scripting.
• Administrator experience in a Cloud environment on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) in cloud, security, or servers.
• Experience in government and/or healthcare fields with exposure to marketing, public relations, public affairs, or closely allied disciplines.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
