Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while engaging in meaningful therapy sessions with clients across varying backgrounds. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing ample opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and personal balance. Telehealth tools will be the primary medium for client interactions, ensuring efficient communication and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with families and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care and ensure coordinated treatment efforts.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic practices and stay updated on industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele of Access Healing Therapy primarily consists of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LPC, your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients work toward their personal growth and mental wellness, addressing unique needs through a client-centered approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrable proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and Google Suite for efficient practice management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, that facilitate strong therapeutic alliances and productive collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
