Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, North Indiana

argenx

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology in North Indiana (Fort Wayne, South Bend, Kalamazoo) to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers. The role combines strategic territory planning with field engagement to support patient access and business growth.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging market insights
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
Strong collaborative skills with internal teams and cross-functional partners
Bachelor's degree required
Must reside within assigned territory
