The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a strong background in dental office management (preferably in pediatrics), and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations, managing a team of over 10 staff members, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the pediatric dental office. Manage and lead a team of over 10 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure high‑quality customer service and patient care. Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and training. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, inventory management, and patient records. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and staff inquiries and concerns. Facilitate communication between dental professionals, staff, and patients. Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Drive office growth and efficiency through strategic planning and problem‑solving. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Proven managerial experience in a dental office, with a preference for pediatric dentistry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
