Job Summary The LVN II is accountable and responsible for selected aspects of patient care for a designated group of patients within the LVN scope of practice, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The LVN practice is assigned, delegated, and supervised by a RN or MD who has overall responsibility for the coordination and management of care. Pay Range Minimum $30.94 Midpoint $40.99 Maximum $51.05 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Position Details This is a full time position supporting our clinics primary care which includes patients primarily in foster care as well as supporting our child abuse pediatricians for child abuse consultations. Experience Required: Minimum one (1) year of LVN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting. Preferred: Bilingual in English/ Spanish both written and verbal. Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Vocational Nursing. Training Required: None required. (Patients on bed, stretcher) Lateral transfer 150-200 lbs. (ie. Patient).
