Job Location: Honolulu Compensation: $18/hour Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Part-Time Work Schedule: Friday - Saturday 3pm-11:30pm We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep of a residential building and its amenities in the Ward area. This position is responsible for ensuring common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from designated areas Maintain the cleanliness of building amenities, including recreation and gathering spaces Wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and fixtures as needed Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom supplies Clean exterior common areas Respond to resident and management requests in a professional manner Follow all safety procedures and company policies Required Skills and Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including bending, walking, standing, and lifting Good communication and customer service skills Must be authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
