Insight Global is seeking Journeyman Electricians to support project-based work within a high-volume warehouse/distribution setting. This role will focus on installation and maintenance of electrical systems supporting conveyor and automation equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial or warehouse environments.

This person must be able to work six days each week on 10 hour shifts.

Start Date - 6/8/2026

Pay: $40.00hr - $48.00hr / OT pay is available

Key Responsibilities:

Install, run, and maintain conduit and control wiring for conveyor and automation systems

Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance in an active warehouse environment

Read and interpret basic electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and site safety requirements

Collaborate with project teams to complete work efficiently and on schedule

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience running conduit and pulling control wire in a commercial, industrial, or warehouse environment

Active Journeyman Electrician License (CT required)

Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical drawings

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with conveyor systems or automated warehouse equipment

Background in distribution centers, manufacturing, or industrial facilities

Familiarity with control systems, motor controls, or PLC-related wiring
