As a Commercial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and

repairing electrical systems within commercial buildings and facilities. This role involves working on various

construction sites, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and renovating electrical systems

according to project specifications and safety standards. You must adhere to electrical codes, safety

protocols, and quality requirements to ensure reliable and efficient operation of all electrical infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $25-$32

Expected hours: 58 hours a week

Required Skills:

Duties & Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.

Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical

issues.

Renovate existing electrical systems to meet updated codes or client specifications.

Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety

protocols.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for

improvement.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.

Experience

Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role in the construction industry.

Proficiency in working with high voltage and low voltage systems.

Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.

Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.

Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to varying environments and challenges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
