Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly disciplined individual to join our team as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis . This critical, hands‑on role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, developing scalable financial models, and partnering with senior leadership to drive strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities Global Cash Forecasting: Own global cash forecasting for all properties, funds, and corporate entities. Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Direct the comprehensive budgeting process for the corporate office and properties, partnering directly with leadership to build budgets and manage ongoing actual‑to‑plan variance analysis. Cash Management & Strategy: Analyze and plan cash management, including the ongoing evaluation of funds available versus needs, and optimize strategies to earn maximum interest on deposits. Capital Optimization: Execute proper planning to correctly utilize appropriate financial levers, ensuring the lowest cost of capital. Fund Analysis & Distributions: Analyze reserves at the fund level and provide data‑driven recommendations for distributions following property capital events. Treasury & Controls: Maintain, update, and implement treasury procedures and internal controls while driving organizational best practices. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in financial or analytical roles. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers/business partners. Proven record serving as a strategic partner to the business with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strict attention to detail, highly organized, efficient, and ability to multi‑task. Treasury experience is a plus.
