Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician – Position Overview We are looking for a pediatric rehabilitation physician to join our team. Responsibilities Inpatient acute rehabilitation for patients ages 0 to 21, including a new program for infants emerging from the NICU with feeding difficulties, delayed milestones, and anxiety related to handling. Outpatient practice focusing on cerebral palsy and spasticity management (intrathecal baclofen pumps and botulinum toxin), and additional involvement in multidisciplinary clinics such as Home Ventilator, Hypertonicity/SDR, Spina Bifida, high‑risk infant, and Muscular Dystrophy clinics. Teaching opportunities within the PMR residency program. Research support for faculty projects, including potential studies in the new Totally Infants’ Program. Work Schedule & Call Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Fridays are usually earlier. Patient visit length averages 20–30 minutes for return visits and 30–40 minutes for new patients, with flexibility for new hires. On‑call participation may involve the adult inpatient rehabilitation units/teams as part of the on‑call pool, depending on availability and necessity. Compensation Base salary range: $210,000 – $250,000, adjusted for experience and faculty rank.
