What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and facility leadership

• Complete the full cycle Human Resource Functions for 100 employee facility

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee-engagement efforts

• Support employee relations, coaching, investigations, and progressive discipline

• Help leaders consistently apply workplace policies and procedures

• Coordinate leave administration, workers’ compensation, and other HR programs

• Maintain accurate personnel records and support regulatory compliance

• Identify creative ways to strengthen culture, communication, and teamwork

• Bring positive energy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach to the facility

What We’re Looking For

• Human resources experience, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance

• The confidence to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion

• A collaborative leader who enjoys being visible, approachable, and involved

• Someone who can balance compassion with accountability

• A team player who is ready to jump in, contribute, and have fun along the way
