This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is comfortable managing operations, supporting staff, and maintaining structure within a busy environment.

Description:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead and support pharmacy staff, providing direction and maintaining workflow.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations within a high-volume setting.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.

Position Requirements:

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage workflow and handle high-volume operations
