Developmental Pathways is seeking an Intake Case Manager to join our Systems Navigation team in Aurora, CO. This role involves in-home assessments and coordinating supports for individuals with disabilities. You will travel within Arapahoe, Douglas and Elbert counties, participate in virtual meetings, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless access to services.
