Were working with a respected mission-driven organization in South Florida thats looking to add a senior marketing leader to help guide its brand and growth.Were looking for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You should be as comfortable setting a content calendar as you are shaping a multi-year brand strategy and just as at home building a paid campaign as you are pitching a partnership idea to leadership. This role also calls for someone who brings real structure and organization to a growing function and who knows how to delegate effectively rather than holding everything close.

A Sense of the Work

On any given week you might be refining messaging and visual identity reviewing performance data to sharpen a digital campaign coordinating with internal teams on an upcoming event and managing a mix of internal staff and outside vendors like designers videographers and PR contacts. Youll set the direction for how the organization shows up publicly across web email social and in-person moments and make sure everything ties back to a consistent voice and mission.

Longer term youll be building out planning processes defining what success looks like with clear metrics and growing a team and vendor network that can execute at a high level. Part of that means setting up systems and workflows that keep things running smoothly and trusting your team to own pieces of the work rather than managing every detail yourself.

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of marketing experience with several years in a leadership capacity
• Comfort owning strategy end to end from planning through execution and measurement
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of building structure and process within a marketing function
• Proven ability to delegate effectively and develop a team
• Strong writing and storytelling instincts with an eye for visual quality
• Hands on experience with digital channels paid media analytics and CRM tools
• Familiarity with common marketing and project management platforms
• A collaborative style and genuine interest in mission driven work
• Ability to work in a fast moving resourceful environment where youll often build things from the ground up
