Responsibilities: Sr Director of Marketing and Communications responsibilities include: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness across multi-site travel environments. Deliver location-specific approaches by venue, informed by market research and competitive insights. Establish KPIs and measure ROI to optimize campaign performance. Ensure brand consistency across all concepts and lead crisis and reputation communications. Collaborate with franchise partners, authorities, agencies, and vendors on co-marketing initiatives. Create high-impact messaging for fast-paced settings across social, mobile, and location-based channels. Support digital innovation including kiosk ordering and contactless experiences. Lead and scale marketing teams through new openings while serving as the steward of brand integrity across all internal and external touchpoints.
