Customer Care Supervisor

Supervising a team of 15-17 Customer Care Advocates, the full-time remote Customer Care Supervisor will manage daily performance, provide coaching and development, and serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues while maintaining high service standards and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities Directly supervise and manage the performance and productivity of Customer Care Advocates Provide ongoing coaching and individualized development plans to enhance team effectiveness Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, offering real-time guidance and resolution Required qualifications High School Diploma (or GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of call center/contact center experience in financial services required Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience required Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and identify performance trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
