Automotive Service Advisor

Modern Hyundai/Genesis of Concord has a career opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor. Come join the team of talented service professionals at Modern Hyundai/Genesis of Concord. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ year’s experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
