Senior Financial Analyst

Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis, MO area to identify a Senior Financial Analyst. Summary: This role is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, analyzing spending and variances, supporting capital project tracking and treasury activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. Reporting to finance leadership, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while supporting key financial planning and analysis initiatives. Essential Functions:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling to drive business decisions
• Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and key metrics while providing insights to leadership
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, improve financial performance, and support strategic initiatives
• Assist with treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, KPI reporting, and other finance projects as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master's preferred
• 2+ years of FP&A experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Self-starter with a desire for professional growth; Advanced Excel skills preferred
