BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics across the Greater Raleigh region. This unique multi-site role serves 11 clinics spanning Sanford, NC to Oxford, NC, offering exposure to diverse patient populations, experienced clinical teams, and multiple practice settingsall while enjoying the stability and support of North Carolina's leading outpatient physical therapy organization.

As a Float PT, you'll build clinical expertise across multiple locations, expand your professional network, and play a critical role in helping patients return to the activities they love. Salary includes a $10,000 annual Float PT stipend while serving in the Float Physical Therapist role, recognizing the flexibility and regional support provided across our clinic network.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinic locations
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and clinical partners
• Help patients achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, function, and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) or eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Ability and willingness to travel between clinic locations throughout the Greater Raleigh region
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation ranges from $87,000-$106,000 annually, based on experience, productivity incentives, certifications, and location-based compensation adjustments. The advertised compensation range includes a $10,000 annual Float PT stipend available while serving in the Float Physical Therapist role.
