Charles Schwab is seeking a Director, Legal Counsel—Digital Assets Initiatives to support strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and agreements for digital assets platforms. The role focuses on broker‑dealer and banking platforms, with experience in securities or banking law and familiarity with crypto or digital assets preferred.

The position reports to the Managing Director of the Digital Assets legal team and requires on‑site work in Westlake, TX, four days a week, with bonus/incentive
