1st Shift& 2nd shift: 4x10 schedule

Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

• Mechanical & electrical assembly of HVAC units

• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic equipment

• Read work orders, drawings, and schematics

• Cut, strip, and solder wiring

• Perform quality checks & follow production standards

Requirements

• GED or Diploma

• 1+ year of assembly or production experience

• Comfortable reading basic prints/work instruction

• Departments (cross-training required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.16/hr.
