About the Role
The Company is seeking a Region CFO to oversee all financial operations within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a positive tone for financial and operational performance, developing a strong financial team, and ensuring consistent application of accounting policies. This role involves close partnership with the Region President, participation in the corporate management of the company's financial function, and support for divisions in various corporate issues. The CFO will also be involved in the development and maintenance of business plans, monitoring financial metrics, and managing the region's capital allocation process. Applicants for the Region CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree or equivalent, with 8-10 years' of related experience. The role requires the ability to apply common sense understanding, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to travel overnight. Strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail are preferred. The CFO will be expected to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner, and to serve customers while increasing the goodwill and profit of the company. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Division CFOs and Controllers, and the role is pivotal in ensuring the region's financial performance aligns with the company's objectives.
