Manufacturing Contractor (Warehouse Associate)

About the Role

We are hiring two Manufacturing Contractors to support daily warehouse and production operations. The role includes packing, moving materials, cleaning, and assisting with general facility tasks. This position requires physical work and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Product Handling & Packaging

Unload incoming shipments and containers
Pack products according to company guidelines
Prepare and store items in cartons in a timely manner
Use carts, pallet jacks, or dollies to move materials within the facility

Material Handling & Inventory

Pick and pull items accurately from the warehouse
Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
Monitor supply levels and report when restocking is needed
Keep storage and inventory areas clean and organized
Operate basic equipment (training provided)

Facility Support

Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning
Support technicians in manufacturing areas
Help with facility improvement projects
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and shared spaces

Basic Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
Ability to follow instructions and communicate in English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Nice to Have

Experience using pallet jacks or moving equipment
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
