Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cypress, TX. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product recommendations that meet client needs. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, coordinate with operations and service teams, and ensure timely communication regarding order status and support requests. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, monitoring market trends, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess Inside Sales skills, including managing sales cycles and closing opportunities. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support positive client experiences. Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product details clearly. Comfort working with CRM and order management systems, and proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Ability to work on-site in Cypress, TX, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
