RN/LPN UNIT MANAGER NEEDED – High-Impact Leadership Role (Skilled Nursing) Are you an experienced RN/LPN ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-acuity Skilled Nursing environment? We are seeking a strong clinical leader to manage a high-volume unit with frequent admissions and discharges. You will work directly with the Interdisciplinary Team under the Director of Nursing to ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
