Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent role based in Gilbert, AZ. The agent will identify and qualify prospects, assess coverage needs, and present tailored auto, home, and commercial insurance solutions from multiple carriers. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, explaining policy features, processing applications, and managing renewals and policy changes. The role also involves providing ongoing client support, answering billing and claims‑related questions, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems. The agent is expected to meet sales goals while upholding ethical standards and delivering a high level of customer service. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, needs assessment, and relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex coverage options in clear, accessible language. Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow‑ups, and documentation efficiently. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using agency management systems, CRM tools, and online quoting platforms. Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Arizona (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client‑facing role is preferred. Ability to work on‑site in Gilbert, AZ, collaborate with team members, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
