ServiceNow Architect

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The candidate will design scalable platform solutions while ensuring system stability, managing upgrades, and aligning technical architecture with business requirements.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


ServiceNow Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Architect providing platform guidance, solution design, and technical advisory to stakeholders.
• Design and document end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, aligning technical solutions with business requirements.
• Ensure platform stability, performance monitoring, and proactive issue resolution across environments.
• Lead upgrade planning, execution, and maintain system security including user roles, access controls, and governance.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define requirements, guide configurations, and support integrations.
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams for technical alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including solution design, integrations, and upgrade management.
• Proven ability to manage platform security, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement in enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
