Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and document electrical control cabinets—ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance. Integrate Siemens PLCs into control cabinet designs. Develop and manage electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and commissioning teams from concept to installation. Responsible for electrical component selection and supporting lifecycle management activities. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and HMH quality guidelines. Participate in FAT/SAT, testing, and customer acceptance as needed. Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continual improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Controls Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience. Experience in electrical cabinet design. Familiarity with control system design and electrical components selection. Familiarity with controls power distribution and networking technology. Familiarity with AutoCAD. Ability to create technical reports, specifications and interact with internal and external customers.
