Sales Representative - Dayton, OH - Interventional Spine

Field-based sales role for Stryker's Interventional Spine division covering Dayton, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky. Responsibilities include promoting spine and pain management products, supporting clinical procedures, managing territory performance, and building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within assigned territory to meet sales and revenue objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff for account growth
• Support product evaluations and clinical cases in operating rooms, procedure suites, and ambulatory surgery centers
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions
• Identify new business opportunities, develop territory plans, and monitor performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• OR 5+ years professional outside sales or territory-based selling with documented performance achievements
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical environments
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures
