Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Dayton, OH)

Axsome Therapeutics

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care in Dayton, OH to drive commercial activities and product adoption in assigned territory. The role requires expertise in disease state knowledge, account management, and stakeholder relationship building across the LTC ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Drive product adoption and performance metrics in assigned LTC territory
Engage with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and LTC staff
Build relationships with pharmacies, clinical pharmacists, case managers, and care coordinators
Execute marketing strategies to support product launch and commercial success
Provide account management support and local market intelligence

Requirements

Proficiency in virtual and in-person customer engagement
Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and stakeholders
Disease state expertise in CNS conditions or related areas
Account management and relationship-building experience
Business acumen for local market landscape assessment
Ability to work independently in field-based territory
