SSM Health Monroe Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Home Health & Hospice Coding Specialist for a full-time remote coding role. You will audit charts, ensure accurate diagnoses, and maintain coding integrity across our home health and hospice programs. Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to support quality patient care, reimbursement accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
