Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year Clerical experience or secretary in medical setting Or 1 year experience as Medical Assistant whose experience includes order entry and insurance authorization processes.
• One year data entry and/or customer service experience
• Excellent word processing and computer typing skills.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass a medical terminology assessment test with 80% or greater.
• Must pass a typing test at 35 words per minute or a data entry test successfully at 7000 keystrokes per hour.
