Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position is set for the upcoming academic year, beginning September 3, 2026, and continuing through June 24, 2027. Desired Qualifications:
- Current NY Occupational Therapy license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practices
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to elementary-aged students, supporting their goals within IEP frameworks
- Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s needs
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to meetings
- Consult with teachers and parents, sharing best practices for classroom and daily success
- Adapt therapy approaches to foster students’ skills in motor development, sensory processing, and self-care
- Promote student engagement, inclusion, and confidence in the school environment
