About the Position

A value-based primary care organization focused on delivering concierge-level care to seniors without added costs is growing and expanding. Partnering with Medicare Advantage plans, the group is dedicated to improving outcomes through a patient-first, team-based approach and is seeking Geriatric Physicians to join their innovative care model near Mobile, AL.

This Position Offers:

• $250K to $295K salary range with a full benefits package
• Up to 28% incentive bonus - most physicians will receive at least 20% of the base salary
• $15K Sign-On Bonus
• Reduced patient panel size to 400 or fewer patients, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions
• Value-based, outcomes-driven care model with no fee-for-service pressure
• Collaborative, team-based environment including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, and care coordinators
• Strong administrative and clinical support, including coders and referral specialists
• Minimal call responsibilities
