Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple HR functions
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with HR compliance, policies, and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR supporting role
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
- Proficiency with HR systems and basic reporting
