Job Description

Are you a skilled heavy equipment operator and civil superintendent, with extensive experience in site work? Do you have a passion for precision grading and the ability to bring blueprints to life? We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team!

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in fine grading using a dozer.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil blueprints.
Hands-on experience in grading ponds, building pads, house pads, roads, curbs, and parking lots.
Expertise in operating an excavator for laying storm drains.
Strong ability to perform grading math and set GPS lasers for storm drain installation and grading.
Comprehensive knowledge of site development processes.
Exceptional skills in operating heavy equipment.
