Processing Specialist

Kforce has a client in Mesa, AZ that is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Processing Specialist to join our team. Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations, reviewing documentation for accuracy and authenticity, assisting customers in person, and supporting administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service, and teamwork are essential. As a Processing Specialist, you will serve as a resource for interpreting and applying ADOT policies, procedures, and regulations while helping ensure efficient and compliant processing operations. This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related motor vehicle transactions
• Review and verify vehicle titles, registrations, VINs, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with questions regarding title, registration, and related processes
• Research and resolve issues related to ADOT statutes, policies, procedures, and customer records
• Scan, index, and maintain electronic and physical records
• Verify daily title reports and ensure documentation accuracy
• Ship license plates and maintain plate inventory records
• Open, sort, process, and enter data associated with daily orders and transactions
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases
• Perform photocopying, OCR scanning, and other administrative support functions
• Collaborate with team members and assist with additional operational duties as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License or Arizona Identification Card
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to analyze records and resolve complex documentation issues
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
