• Compensation: $21 Per Hour

• Job Site Location: Georgetown, TX

• Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator , you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift (reach truck) to move, transport, and position inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Load and unload containers, shipments, and materials while following established safety procedures.

• Move and organize products in designated warehouse storage locations.

• Support warehouse inventory accuracy through proper product handling and placement.

• Use handheld scanners, tablets, and basic computer systems to support daily warehouse operations.

• Assist with order picking, packing, and fulfillment to help meet productivity goals.

• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Work with warehouse team members to complete daily assignments efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on experience operating a STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT (REACH TRUCK) is REQUIRED. This position is not intended for entry-level forklift operators.

• Valid driver's license.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or order fulfillment environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 50+ pounds.

• Basic computer skills, including experience using tablets, handheld scanners, or warehouse scanning systems.

• Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment background screening and drug testing in accordance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with warehouse picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Experience working in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center.

• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude.

Important: Applicants must have actual stand-up reach truck operating experience. Experience operating only sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment does not meet this position's required forklift experience.
