Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in New Jersey. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice. Compensation Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
