If you enjoy navigating complex environments, shaping creative strategy for large-scale brands, and bringing clarity to ambiguity in digital-first contexts, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Planner . Someone who understands brands, digital ecosystems and customer experience. And knows how to shape strategies that creative and delivery teams can actually build. You’ll lead strategic thinking across European markets, connecting business ambition, consumer insight and creative opportunity into clear, actionable direction. What you’ll be doing? Lead brand, campaign and digital experience strategy across markets Translate complex business challenges into sharp, buildable strategic direction Develop frameworks that connect data, culture, technology and creativity Partner closely with creative, media, account and digital teams to ensure strategy lives in execution Present and defend strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders Adapt global strategies to local market realities Turn performance insights into smarter future strategy Play a key role in major initiatives and new business Requirements: Senior experience in strategy / planning / consulting ideally within an agency environment Strong digital-first mindset and experience with platforms and ecosystems Experience across the full customer journey, including physical touchpoints, retail, POS and beyond Proven ability to link business goals, consumer insight and creative thinking Confidence operating in global, corporate environments Sharp analytical thinking + strong storytelling skills Comfortable leading conversations with senior clients Fluency in English What we offer: Up to 40 days off per year!
