Two Openings | Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Candidates Location: Cincinnati, OH (hybrid) for junior to mid-level candidates; U.S. remote for senior candidates Base Salary: $50,000–$80,000, depending on experience On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$220,000, depending on level and performance Employment Type: Full-Time Gentis Solutions is hiring two Account Executives to help grow our client base and expand into new markets. If you’re early in your sales career, you’ll have hands-on support from our Cincinnati team as you develop your pipeline and win accounts. If you’re an experienced Account Executive, you’ll have the delivery resources, technology, and flexibility to build on your success. We support enterprise, mid-market, and small-business clients through contract staffing, contingent search, contract-to-hire, statement of work (SOW), and professional services. Compensation and Location Junior to Mid-Level Account Executives Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually On-target earnings: $100,000–$150,000 annually Location: Local to the Cincinnati area Hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday in office; Friday working from home You’ll work alongside our team with coaching and support to build your pipeline and develop client relationships. There may also be opportunities to support an existing account as you ramp up, depending on business needs and fit. Senior Account Executives Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually On-target earnings: $150,000–$220,000 annually Location: Fully remote anywhere in the U.S. We have a strong preference for senior candidates in major metropolitan areas as we expand into new cities. Ideal candidates bring established client relationships, an existing book of business, or a proven ability to generate new business quickly. On-target earnings include base salary and commission and depend on performance. What You’ll Do Prospect, develop relationships, and win new client accounts. Manage and grow accounts by understanding each client’s hiring needs and business priorities. Partner with our recruiting team to prioritize opportunities, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver qualified talent. Manage client communication, feedback, interviews, and next steps throughout the hiring process. Identify opportunities to expand relationships across staffing, search, SOW, and professional services. Maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-up, and accurate activity tracking. What We’re Looking For Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through. For senior candidates: A demonstrated record of winning and growing accounts, with the relationships or business development experience to ramp up quickly.
