We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join our team in North Miami, Florida on a Contract basis. This role will lead hiring efforts across a broad range of positions, partnering with stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard talent with relevant experience. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support compliant, community-focused hiring practices.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting openings, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting new employee onboarding.
• Manage recruitment for administrative, specialized, technical, and community-facing roles while aligning efforts with business needs.
• Build candidate pipelines through online sourcing tools, networking events, community partnerships, and career fairs.
• Review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and help guide selection decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure recruitment activities follow applicable public-sector policies and employment guidelines.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system such as NeoGov or a comparable platform to manage requisitions, candidate records, and workflow progress.
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen outreach efforts and expand access to diverse talent communities.• Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within government, municipal, or other public-sector environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring for a variety of role types, including administrative, detail-focused, and technical positions.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, including NeoGov or similar e-recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with hiring regulations, compliance standards, and structured recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience supporting diversity-focused sourcing strategies and community engagement initiatives is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
