What You'll Do Source qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques. Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements. Conduct initial candidate phone screens and assess qualifications. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Bullhorn ATS. Support Recruiters throughout the recruiting process while learning full-cycle recruiting. Follow up with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable learning new technology and recruiting tools.
