HR Generalist / Recruiter – Coral Gables, FLOur client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting while supporting a broad range of human resources functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.This position partners closely with firm leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support the firm's continued growth.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & OnboardingManage the full-cycle recruitment process for legal and administrative professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, conflict checks, and offer coordination.Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and streamline the hiring process.Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the firm.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records and HR systems.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.Employee RelationsServe as a resource for employee questions and HR-related matters.Promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Benefits & Payroll SupportAssist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment.Coordinate with payroll providers and support payroll-related activities, including timekeeping and attendance tracking.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including full-cycle recruiting; prior law firm experience is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus).Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
